Terms of bookings

Booking the field means you accept the terms and conditions outlined below. Please read them carefully.

1. Time slots are for 50 minutes. This is to ensure you have time to depart the paddock and return to your car.

2. All dogs must be accompanied by an adult (aged 18+). Please keep your dog(s) on a lead until you enter the field.

3. Please do not enter the field until the previous attendee has securely left the field with their dog.

4. We want to promote the safety of visiting dogs, so by booking you have confirmed that your dog is up to date with standard vaccinations.

5. Please ensure worming and flea treatments are up to date.

6. You must pick up after your dog(s) and take away with you.

7. Attendees are responsible for their dog(s) at all times and must not be left unattended at any time. You are responsible for any injury / damage caused by your dog(s).

8. The field's owner is not responsible for any harm / injury caused to your and/or your dog(s).

9. Attendees must check the field is suitable for their dog's use prior to letting them off the lead in the paddock.

10. We limit attendees to two people at a time.

11. Use of the paddock is at your own risk, and the dog's owner accepts full liability. The field owners will not be responsible for any damage, accidents, theft, loss or otherwise to personal property, individuals, or animals.

12. Please be careful when coming and going. Please drive carefully and slowly along Bromley Heath Road - this road is in constant use by walkers and families with children.

13. Aggressive dogs are not permitted.

14. Banned dogs or dogs requiring a certificate of exemption are not permitted.
